1st Prize: Black and White Artist pencil drawing* of your pet and $100 donation to CASA in your pet’s name.

*Artist will ask for photos of pet and reserves right to choose picture to draw.

 

2nd Prize: $200 Gift Certificate to Paws & Wings Place on Camano Island.

3rd Prize: $100 Gift Certificate to Paws & Wings Place on Camano Island.

 

Cash may not be substituted for the prize.

 

Winner is not responsible for state tax of prize.

One entry per pet. If more than one entry submitted, contest holder will pick a photo randomly to enter. Photo must be of a privately owned pet.

Please provide name of pet and the general location of Stanwood-Camano the photo was taken.

 

Winners will be chosen by number of “likes” received on the contest Facebook post.  A Like vote includes  "Like, Love, Care, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry" on Facebook.

In the case of a tie, prizes will be selected by random drawing between the ties.

 

Voting will begin Monday, May 13, 2024 and will end on 11:59pm of Sunday, May 19, 2024.

 

Winners will be announced on the @CamanoKerri Facebook page, Friday, May 24, 2024.

  

Winners' name will be published on social media including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

 

Contest holder reserves the right to select/deny photos for entry. Photos with minor children will not be entered unless with the express written consent of the parent or guardian. 

 

Contest Holder reserves the right to not enter photos submitted with no explanation required.

Past winners are not eligible for entry for at least 2 years.

Entrants assume full responsibility for all risks, including, but not limited to, risk of death, bodily injury, disability or property damage, arising out of, related to or connected with your participation in the Event. You release, hold harmless, indemnify and agree not to sue CamanoKerri (Kerri Jones Realty Inc) and all other persons acting by, through or in concert with any of them, and all other entities or persons involved in promoting, setting up, running, and/or administering the Event (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liability, losses, judgments, awards, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees (collectively, the “Claims”), of any kind or nature whatsoever, by whomsoever raised or asserted, including, but not limited to, Claims for death, bodily injury, disability or property damage, however caused, arising out of, related to, or connected with my participation in the Event or an account of any first aid or medical treatment or service rendered in connection with your participation in the Event to you, others or animals and property.
